With 20 years of experience, Kenneth J. Crede has handled a myriad of litigation cases including professional liability, construction defect, personal injury, contract disputes, appeals, and tax issues. He has represented general contractors, subcontractors, dentists, attorneys, commercial stores, landlords, tenants, automobile drivers, truck drivers, security guard companies, and manufacturers among others. Ken was part of a Special Investigation Unit for a major insurance company representing clients who were being sued under suspicious and potentially fraudulent claims. He has taken cases to trial and arbitration, both binding and non-binding, as well as argued and briefed matters in the California Courts of Appeal. He has extensive experience with mediations successfully negotiating on behalf of his clients good settlements. Ken has also handled cases in Nevada and is admitted in all courts in California and Nevada.

Kenneth J. Crede attended the University of San Diego School of Law where he received his J.D. and was a member of the Moot Court Board. He was a law clerk for the San Diego Municipal Court working with the Law and Motion research attorneys. Ken researched, analyzed and wrote tentative rulings for the Law and Motion court as a law clerk. He has extensive experience in law and motion matters and has a unique perspective as a result of working with judges as a law clerk.
